SUBJECT William Bucknell is selling property in Bexley Heath to John Ellingham for £160. It consists of 5 plots of land on the North side of Standard Road, Bexley. These plots had been sold as 5 separate lots by auction in 1866, and appear to be intended as 5 building plots, but have not yet been built on. We are told that William Bucknell had bought the property in 1867.
