| TESTATOR
Samuel KINGABY of Heigham, Norfolk. Bricklayer. BENEFICIARIES Thomas KINGABY his son Sarah - his daughter the wife of George FLINT Susan HAVERS - his daughter SUBJECT At the time of writing his Will, Samuel Kingaby was living in Norwich, but at the time of his death he lived in Heigham. He left his property, valued at under £100 to his three children, Thomas, Sarah and Susan. In the original Will his son's name had been written as "Samuel" which had then been crossed out and "Thomas" written in its place. As a result Edmond Carr of Norwich, Attorney's Clerk, who had been one of the witnesses to the Will, had to swear an affidavit to confirm that the alteration had been made before the Will was signed. | |||||||||||
