Richard COURT of Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. Gentleman. Charles CRESSWELL of Barnsley Hall, Worcestershire. Gentleman. Thomas Gale CURTLER of Driotwich, Worcestershire. Gentleman. SUBJECT We are told that Richard Court is the Sole Commissioner appointed under an Act of Parliament "for dividing allotting and inclosing the commons and waste lands within the Hamlet of Stock and Bradley in the Parish of Fladbury in the County of Worcestershire". Accordingly, he is conveying to Charles Cresswell and Thomas Curtler, a plot of 4 acres of land at Stock Green in that hamlet. It is adjacent to other land owned by Charles Cresswell.
