SUBJECT Sidney Smith is granting George Rowland a lease which allows him to use a strip of land as a right of way. The strip adjoins Ravenscourt Square, Hammersmith, and lies between Mr Smith's property, and a property called Oakhurst, owned by Mr Rowland. The lease is granted for an annual rent of 6d (six pence) and is to run for 62 years, which is the remaining period on Sidney Smith's lease on his own property,
