John Bulmer of Rotherhithe, Surrey, Gentleman - Trustee of the Fifth Rotherhithe Operatives Benefit Society. Edward James Talbot of Rotherhithe, Surrey, Gentleman - Trustee of the Fifth Rotherhithe Operatives Benefit Society. SUBJECT Thomas Shapcott has the residue of a 95 year lease (which commenced in 1865) on a house at 245 Summer Road, Peckham.
