William BROWN of Normanby, Lincolnshire. Farmer. Edward CARR of Belton Grange, Parish of Belton, Lincolnshire. Gentleman. William TINDALL of Wheatley, Parish of Doncaster, Yorkshire. Land Agent. SUBJECT William Brown is selling property in Althorpe, Lincolnshire, to Edward Carr for £1370. The property is a parcel of land, part of Derrythorpe Gales, of 15 acres, bounded on the East by Gales Closes Road. We are told that the land was part of an award made by Act of Parliament out of the title lands of Derrythorpe. It was awarded to Charles Hasslewood, but passed to William Brown by the Will of Sarah Hasslewood in 1897. Note that William Tindall appears to act only as a trustee in he contract as plays little part. | |||||||||||
