Jane OLIVER of 87 Montpellier Place, Brighton, Sussex. Spinster.
Peter EVERSHED of Billingshurst., Sussex. Esquire.
Henry WELLS of Horsham, Sussex., Merchant.
Peter Evershed is selling property in Billingshurst to Henry Wells for £224/10/-d.
The property consists of 2 parcels of land both on the North East side of the road leading from Billingshurst to Billingshurst Station.
We are told that this land forms part of the estate called Broomfields. In 1857 Peter Evershed had mortgaged the whole estate to Jane Oliver for £1,866, but she is satisfied that, after the sale, the remaining part of the estate will still be sufficient security for the loan.
