PARTIES Ernest Egbert BLYTH of Norwich, Norfolk - Gentleman and Doctor of Laws Cecil Carter BEXFIELD of 44 Eagle Street, Norwich, Norfolk - Builder Robert Cecil BEXFIELD of 44 Eagle Street, Norwich, Norfolk - Builder SUBJECT The document records the sale by Cecil Bexfield of property at numbers 43 and 45 Salisbury Road in Thorpe Hamlet, City of Norwich, to Robert Bexfield for £350. We are told that Cecil Bexfield acquired the property in 1912 and had immediately mortgaged it to Ernest Blyth for £150. The loan has since been increased to £250 by further advances. This mortgage is now being paid off out of the purchase price of the property. A typescript note is included recording that the two houses were sold separately by Robert Bexfield in 1957.
