PARTIES Cecil Carter BEXFIELD of Eagle Street, Norwich, Norfolk - Builder Ernest Egbert BLYTH of Norwich, Norfolk - Gentleman and Doctor of Laws SUBJECT Cecil Bexfield is mortgaging property fronting onto Salisbury Road, Thorpe Hamlet, Norwich, to Ernest Blyth for £150. It has a total area of 1,300 square yards. We are told that Cecil Bexfeld only bought the property the same day as this indenture. There are various memoranda added at the end of the document recording various additional loans and repayments made against the same security. The final entry is in June 1914 when the amount outstanding was £250/-/-d.
