Innkeeper Subject Mary Brocklesby is mortgaging property in South Killingholme to Parkin Wigelsworth and Joseph Thorlby for £750. The property consists of : 1. Parcel of land of 9 acres called Home Close on the East of the Habrough (?) to Alton Road. 2. Dwelling house late of Mistress Mary Brocklesby on the East of (1) and South of Occupation Road. 3. Parcel of land of 7 acres called Far Home Close with newly erected tenement thereon. This is bounded by (1) on the West and (2) on the North. 4.
