Subject Sir Hickman Bacon is selling a plot of land in Gainsborough to Joseph Bayes for £350. It contains 839 square yards and lies on the west side of Morton Terrace. Joseph Bayes covenants to build either one or two dwelling houses on the plot within 2 years.
