Parties Sir Hickman Beckett Bacon of Thonock, near Gainsborough, Lincolnshire. Baronet. Joseph Bayes of Gainsborough, Lincolnshire. Coachbuilder. Subject Sir Hickman Bacon is selling a plot of land in Gainsborough to Joseph Bayes for £350. It contains 839 square yards and lies on the west side of Morton Terrace. Joseph Bayes covenants to build either one or two dwelling houses on the plot within 2 years. Two memoranda have been added later on the back cover indicating that 2 houses have been built on the plot and sold separately in 1903 and 1904.
