SUBJECT David Evans is selling the residue of a lease on property in Penygraig, Glamorgan to Isaac Davies for £300. The original lease had been made in 1886 and related to a plot of land containing 3 houses abutting on the highway from Penygraig to Tonypandy. Only 2 of those 3 houses are included in the present assignment.
