SUBJECT Joseph Amos is buying a parcel of land at Sheperdswell, Kent, from Walter Coppen for £20. The plot is 34ft x 119ft and abuts on a proposed new road to the North West. We are told that the plot was acquired by Edwin and Walter Coppen in 1897, but it appears that Edwin Coppen sold his share to Walter in 1902.
