Robert Forster of 5 Wycliffe Terrace, Wandsworth Road, London. John Taylor of Burnton House, Hexham, Northumberland. Coachman. William Pattison of Thornley, Parish of Wolsingham, Durham. Joiner and Cartwright. Subject The document begins by reciting an indenture of 1846 in which property in Wolsingham, Durham, ''was appointed to the use of Robert Forster'. This is an earlier Robert Forster, since he died in 1865 appointing the present Robert Forster and John Taylor as trustees to sell his property. Accordingly, they are now selling it in fee simple to William Pattison for £195. The property is a freehold piece of land with 2 messuages in the township of Thornley, Parish of Wolsingham, of about 150 square yards. It is bounded on the North by the road leading from Durham by Thornley Pit House to Wolsingham. | |||||||||||
