It appears to be recording a mortgage for £300 between Harriet Roper and Robert Copeman secured on the copyhold property of Harriet Roper. Formally, it records the surrender of Harriet Roper's property 'to the use and behoof' of Robert Copeman, but this surrender will be void if Miss Roper pays Robert Copeman £300 + interest by 22/07/1836.
