SUBJECT NB We are told that Lavender Haylock is the eldest son and heir of John Haylock of Ely, Farmer, and his wife, Alice, both deceased. Also that Granado Pigott is a trustee appointed by John Austin. This is the second part of a contract of sale by Lease and Release of property in Ely, sold by Lavender Haylock to John Austin. The property is refered to simply as a Messuage with yards, gardens, outbuildings etc, but appears to be in the occupation of 4 separate tenants.
