SUBJECT The indenture begins by reciting a lease of 1911 in which a plot of land in Fairmont Road, Grimsby, was let for 99 years at a rent of £12/16/10d. At that time it was intended that 8 houses should be built on the plot. One of these houses at number 108 Fairmont Street, came into the hands of Ralph Armstrong in 1920 and he is now selling the residue of the lease to Eliza Lamming for £350.
