Parties David Davies of Tonypandy, Glamorgan. Gentleman Elizabeth Evans of No 19 Tylacelyn Road, Penygraig, Glamorgan. Widow Subject The document begins by reciting an Indenture of 1895 in which a 99 year lease was granted on a plot of land with 6 dwelling houses in Hendrecafn Road, Penygraig. Later the same year the residue of the lease was assigned to David Davies. We are then told that David Davies sold the leases on Nos. 63 and 64 Hendracafn Road separately in June 1903. He is now selling the lease on No. 66 Hendrecafn Road to Elizabeth Evans for £200.
