SUBJECT Thomas Davis is selling a plot of 700 sq. yds. with 3 houses at Nos. 17, 18 and 19 Water Street, Kingswinford to Emma Reynolds for £600. He appears to live in one of the houses but the other two are let to tenants. We are told that Thomas Davis bought the property in 1861 but that the dwellinghouses on it at that time have since been substantially altered or rebuilt.
