Summary of contents
PARTIES
Jane Skinner, late of Peachley Court Farm, Parish of Hallow, Worcestershire, now of Risingbridge, in the Parish of Upton Warren, Worcestershire, the wife of John Lewis SKINNER, Farmer.
William LAMB of Holy Claines near the City of Worcester, Worcestershire. Gentleman.

SUBJECT
Jane Skinner is borrowing £550 from William Lamb on a mortgage on property in Sinton, parish of Grimley, Worcestershire. A schedule lists a total of 11 pieces of land included in the mortgage.

The second indenture of 1909 tells us that the mortgage on part of the property has already been transferred (in 1908) to an Edward Surrman. Jane Skinner is now repaying the balance of £250 to William Lamb and the relevant cottage is being reconveyed to her.
