SUBJECT The document begins by reciting that in 1902 Walter Herbert Wright mortgaged property at Matlock Bridge to George Poyser for £600. George Poyser then died in 1905 having appointed his wife Catherine Poyser and John Nowers as his Executors. The mortgage is still owing to the two Executors and they are now transferring it to William Innes. [ Note: The mortgagor is here described as William Herbert Wright, whereas he was called Walter Herbert Wright in the earlier documents. eg. see Doc.0504037]
