SUBJECT Israel Thornton is selling property near Keighley, Yorkshire, to Samuel Peel for £320. It consists of a dwellinghouse called "Lower White Hill" together with various parcels of land totalling 19 acres. Israel Thornton reserves the right for himself and his gamekeepers to hunt, shoot or course all game and rabbits on the property. We are told that Israel Thornton acquired the property in December 1875.
