PARTIES Kempster Walker Knight of Rowlands Road, Worthing, Sussex. Henry Albert Foyster of 1 Montpelier Terrace, North Street, Worthing, Sussex. SUBJECT The two parties to this Indenture had formed a partnership in 1891 to trade as Booksellers, Stationers and Librarians. They are now dissolving the partnership. It appears that they traded under the name Knight and Foyster, with two shops, one at Rowlands Road, Worthing and the other at No 10 South Street, Worthing. Kempster Knight will now trade on his own at Rowlands road, and Henry Foyster will trade on his own at No 10 South Street. Neither party is permitted to use the name Knight and Foyster and both covenant not to open any new shop within 650 yards of the other's shop.
