PARTIES Joseph Burns of Sunderland, County Durham. Agent. William Renton of Sunderland, County Durham. Millwright and Pounder. SUBJECT Joseph Burns and William Renton are forming a partnership for 7 years to carry on the trades of cast iron and brass founders and also millwrights. Burns has a two-third share and Renton a one-third share. William Renton is to draw a wage of £1/15/-d per week, but Jospeh Burns does not draw anything. The partnership may be disolved on 3 months notice by either party. They will trade under the name of "Renton and Company".
