Robert William STANILAND of Boston, County of Lincoln. Solicitor. Daniel COUPLAND of East Hackington, in the County of Lincoln. Farmer. SUBJECT The Indenture relates to a Blacksmiths Shop, Wheelwrights Shop, Dwellinghouse, Out Offices, Yard and Garden situate in Heckington in the County of Lincoln. It is bounded on the North by the Turnpike road leading from Sleaford to Boston, and on the South by the boundary sewer of the parishes of Heckington and Great Hale. The property had been mortgaged to Robert William Staniland and Meaburn Staniland in 1904. Meaburn Staniland died in 1915 and somehow Robert Staniland has come into possession of the property. He is now selling it to Daniel Coupland for £300. | |||||||||||||
