PARTIES Joseph North of Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, Auctioneer. Charles Allen of Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, Gardener. Emma Allen, the wife of Charles Allen. SUBJECT Joseph North is selling No 9 North Road to Emma Allen for £52. NB see also Document 0504046 from which it appears that Joseph North has created and built up the whole of North Road, consisting of 50 houses. This would explain why a standard printed conveyance has been prepared for all of the houses.
