SUBJECT James Duffield is giving an 800 year lease to Tom and Charles Higton on a plot of land and dwelling house at No. 46 Chatfield Road, Norton Woodseats, Sheffield. The rent is £2/4/8d p.a. The Higtons undertake "to erect, complete and finish" one good and substantial dwelling house on the plot within 6 months. (I'm not sure that this makes sense.
