SUBJECT The document begins by reciting the will of Ephraim Scott in which he left his property to his trustees, William Greatham Scott and John William Whittaker. The property was for the benefit of his wife Sarah during her lifetime and was then to be sold. Sarah Scott and William Greatham Scott both died in 1913 and now John Whittaker is selling the property to Daniel Coupland for £35. It consists of a parcel of land in the Parish of Heckington, Lincolnshire, containing 3 roods, 14 perches abutting on the High Road from Sleaford to Boston, on the North side. | |||||||||||||
