Thomas Brandon of Cheadle, Staffordshire, Gentleman. SUBJECT The document begins by reciting an Indenture of Lease and Release of April 1804 in which the property is sold in 2 equal parts to Thomas Milner and William Platt with Thomas Brandon acting as a Trustee. Thomas Milner is now selling his half of the property to 'William Platt for £200. The property consists of a messuage at Overtean (?) in the Parish of Checkley together with two adjacent closes totalling 2 acres.
