SUBJECT We are told that Herbert William de Winton is the sole surving Trustee of a settlement made in anticipation of the marriage of William Henry Gore-Langton and Mary Ann Williams (both since deceased). Some or all of the property from this settlement is now vested in the three de Wintons. They are now giving a 99 year lease at a rent of £8/11/2d per annum to Morgan Powell on property in the parish of Ystradyfodwg, Glamorganshire.
