Thomas Anderson of Arthington, Yorkshire. Farmer. Henry England of Stalybridge, Cheshire. Machinist. Subject This is a document of the General Customary Court Baron of the Manor of Otley. We are told that George Sheer is a trustee appointed under the will of John Anderson. Accordingly he holds copyhold property in trust for Thomas Anderson. George Sheer is now appointing Henry England as a new trustee under this will. To effect this change, George Sheer surrenders the property to the Lord of the Manor and Henry England is admitted to it. No detail is given as to the nature or location of the property.
