SUBJECT Benjamin Waddington is selling a cottage in Bramhope to John Waddington for £25. We are told that the two Waddingtons are brothers, both the sons of Samuel Waddington (deceased) in whose Will the cottage was given to Benjamin Waddington. John Waddington is a bachelor and declares that "if he should leave a widow she shall not be entitled to dower" out of the property.
