SUBJECT The document begins by reciting the Will of William Tennison (senior) who died in 1870. He left his property to his wife Mary during her lifetime, then to be sold and divided between his 3 children, William, John and Ann Gray (parties to this indenture). Mary Tennison died in 1872 and now the eldest son, William (Executor of the Will) is selling the property in Rimswell to George Gibson for £410. The property consists of: 1.
