Edward HURREN of Peasenhall, Suffolk. Thomas GIRLING of Peasenhall, Suffolk. Auctioneer. SUBJECT The Indenture relates to a dwelling house with garden in Peasenhall, together with some other houses (probably 3) recently erected adjoining the original house. Edward Hurren is living in one of these new houses. It appears that this property came into the hands of Edward Hurren in July 1840 and he immediately mortgaged it for £400 to Sarah Wayling, William Chaplin, Ebenezer Osborn and Francis Skoulding. This mortgage is still owing, but Edward Hurren is now borrowing a further £100 from Thomas Girling. | |||||||||||||
