SUBJECT This is the first part of a contract of sale by Lease and Release in which Richard Fenton and Thomas Beckett are selling property in Barnsley to Sarah Broadhead. It consists of a dwelling house at or near The Low Bridge. We are told that this property was formerly purchased by William Beckett of Worsbroughdale, Darfield, who devised it in his will to Ann Beckett (his widow) and Thomas Beckett.
