Then in 1879 the eldest son, Richard, mortgaged his share to George Morley for £150. Richard had married Martha Louisa Barker in 1868 and died in 1892 intestate. In 1893 William Morley mortgaged his share for £125 which mortgage was transferred to George Morley in 1904. Amelia Morley died in August 1904, by which time Martha Louisa Morley owed George Morley £340/15/-d and William Morley owed £268/13/-d.
