John MOUSLEY of Brannstone, Leicestershire. Farmer. SUBJECT This Indenture relates to mortgages on proprty in Charles Street, Parish of St Margaret, Leicester. It contains 396 square yards with warehouses which had been erected by James and Thomas Sargeant. We are told that Robert Sargeant mortgaged this property to John Twigg in 1871 for £800, and now wishes toborrow a further £2,000 from Isaac Hunt and John Mousley. These last two named are accordingly paying off the £800 to John Twigg and lending the total sum of £2,800 secured on this property. | |||||||||||||
