Ella Elizabeth Hubie of Heilbrun Orange, South Africa. Widow. Horace John Rylands of Bennet Grange, Fulwood, Sheffield, Yorkshire. Engineer. British Railways Building Trust Limited, Sheffield. SUBJECT The indenture relates to 3 houses Nos 33 and 35 Wilkinson Street and No 1 Filey Street, Sheffield. The plot of land on which these stand was leased for 800 years in 1851 and the residue of the lease appears now to have passed to Ella Hubie and Horace Rylands. They are now selling it to the British Building Trust for £680. The document contains a schedule listing 19 contracts or events relating to this property over the period 1894-1923. The first in the list is a settlement by Maria Hubie in 1894 naming several beneficiaries. Many of the subsequent events relate to appointment of executors and trustees, but a number of family members also appear in the schedule. | ||||||||||||
