SUBJECT
This is described on the outside cover as an "office copy of a memorial" which summaries two indentures made in 1815. The date of the revenue stamp implies that the copy was made around 1850.

The original 1815 Indentures relate to a sale by Daniel Osborne to Darloo Hamilton of a cottage with garden and privy in Wick Lane, Parish of St Mary, Stratford Bow, Middlesex.
