Annie Wiles the wife of Charles Wiles. SUBJECT The document begins by reciting an Indenture of 1878 by which George Oxley obtained an 800 year lease on property in Wellesley Road, Sheffield. The residue of the lease was then assigned to Edmund Oxley in 1893. Edmund Oxley is now selling the residue of the lease to Charles and Annie Wiles for £630.
