Parties
Mary Ann Bulwer of Aylsham, Norfolk, Widow.
Ann Bell of Norwich, Norfolk, Widow.
Robert Wortley of Norwich, Norfolk, Gentleman.

Subject
The indenture concerns 2 dwelling houses in the parish of St George of Tombland, Norwich, bounded by the common street to the South, and by a former millhouse to the North.

The document begins by reciting a previous transaction involving this property in 1831 by whjich it came into the hands of Robert Wortley. He seems to have borrowed money on security of the property in 1844 and 1850, in the latter case from Mary Bulwer. Then, in 1852, he had to Petition to the Court for Relief of Insolvent Debtors.

An indenture of 1853 resolved the insolvency by whch Mary Bulwer appears to have paid off the other crediutors and acquired the property. Mary Bulwer is now selling the property to Ann Bell for £225.
