| PARTIES
Rebecca MARKS of East Rudham, Norfolk. Widow. John PATTESON of Norwich, Norfolk. Alderman. William HERRING of Norwich, Norfolk. Alderman. SUBJECT Rebecca Marks is selling property in Norwich to John Patteson for £105. We are told that Rebecca Marks is the widow and executrix of John Marks, and that they have a daughter Charlotte. The property is a Chaisehouse and stable in Waggon and Horses Lane, Parish of St Simon and Jude, Norwich. The separate paper Deed declares that Rebecca Marks owes John Patteson £210, but it appears to say that on completion of the above sale the balance of the debt will be forgotten. William Herring appears to act only as some sort of Trustee and plays little real part. | |||||||||||
