We are told that Joanna Baldy is one of the daughters of John Tompson) SUBJECT This indenture is the second part of a contract of sale by lease and release. Nockold Tompson sells to John Tompson property in the parishes of St Peter Hungate and St Simon and Jude in the City of Norwich. There is a capital messuage abutting on Princes Inn Lane to the South, and one other messuage in St Peter Hungate. I don't quite see how John and Joanna Baldy come into it but they appear to acquire some rights over the property.
