William Richard SMITH of Palace Street, Parish of St George of Tombland, Norwich, Norfolk. Shopkeeper. James John WINTER of Heigham, Norfolk. Gentleman. Henry Burton WINTER, Captain in Her Majesty's The Royal Fusileers. SUBJECT William Smith is mortgaging property in the Parish of Saint Simon and Saint Jude, Norwich, to James and Henry Winter for £80. It consists of two tenements with a washhouse and privy in the yard behind, and we are told that William Smith aquired this property on the same day as this mortgage was executed. He already appears to own adjoining property to the West and North West of this plot. The second Indenture of 1886 written n the back acknowldges that the mortgage has been paid off and the property is being reconveyed to William Smith. | ||||||||||||
