Parties Sarah Griggs of Stibbard, Norfolk, Widow Benjamin Bell of Bintry, Norfolk, Farmer Henry Stokes of Fakenham, Norfolk, Gentleman Subject Philip Bell of Stibbard, Norfolk, Yeoman died in 1822 leaving his estate to Sarah Giggs who is now selling it to Benjamin Bell for £520. (Sorry - I can't quite see how Henry Stokes comes in to it). The property consists of various parcels of land in Stibbard totalling about 8 acres and with 2 cottages.
