The property consists of two dwelling houses known as Eccles House and Physic House with 5 fields known as Meadow Croft, The Tidy Field, The Barn Field, The Upper Meadow and The Lower Meadow, all in Dilworth, Lancashire, Probate granted 24/01/1804.
