SUBJECT The document begins by reciting an Indenture of 1847 in which an 80 year lease was granted on property in Linton Street, Parish of St Mary, Islington. The residue of this lease on No 49 Linton Street is now in the hands of the two Misses Thick and they are selling it to Arthur Pye for £300. The assignment of the lease is with the consent of the 'Mystery of Clothworkers' who granted the original lease.
