PARTIES William FOREMAN of Wigan, Lancashire. Doctor of Medicine James SWIFT of Wigan, Lancashire. Brewer. SUBJECT William Foreman is selling property in Wigan to James Swift for £302. It consists of a Beer House of 95 square yards on the South side of Scholes Street, Wigan, Lancashire. The property is shown on a detailed plan which also marks other areas owned by William Foreman to the East and South. A schedule to the document lists earlier Indentures relating to the property from 1804 onwards. These indicate that it came into the hands of William Foreman in 1846.
