Subject John Cook sells to Ebenezer Gibbons part of the grounds of The Grange in East Barnet, Hertfordshire, with dwelling house and shop for £560. Previous contracts mentioned are one of 1888 between Ebenezer Savill, Philip Savill, William Jackson and John Cook (in which, presumably, John Cook acquires the property), and one of 1890 in which a lease on it is given to George William Gasper. There is also a mortgage for £425 made with The Royal Chase Building society in 1890.
